I've used Butler for 14 years in two homes and have always had a positive experience. Most recently Ray came out to diagnose and repair our AC after a power surge. He showed up on time and updated me as he went along. He took his time, tested each component and only replaced what he needed to. He also documented the work very well for our insurance claim.
