We have used Butler almost exclusively at our church for HVAC installation and servicing for about 10 years. We have 4 different systems and Butler has been very good to work with us and provide service in a timely fashion.

found the problem quickly... From the time he arivied to the time he wrote the statment 17 mins top..... I would have like him to check out the whole sytem to do a quility check but i think that would have added to the cost????
I did post dated my check payment for the end of the week because I was not getting payed till then.... He assured me the account would hold the check tell then..... But unforchent it got cashes early and I was charge a over draft fee from my bank... next time i will just wait for a statement to be sent to me ... My fault for truisting.....
I am concern with the AC proformence seems something is still off ???
Makes a lot of humming and poping sounds .. diffent than when first instauld by W.C. BUTLER
If does cool so i am greatful for that in all this heat.
