It's been many many years since I've worked with such an enjoyable company. From office staff to the technician to the owner coming to help me on a weekend that he should have been off and relaxing, they took amazing care of myself and my problem. High five to the Butler bunch. They are a 10+++++ in my book. Thanks guys. ????
Had whole house duct cleaning service. Outstanding in all aspects. the lead, Jeremy was great in assessing and keeping the team on task. completed the job in great time and complete clean up. If you need your ducts clean--and most of us do--call Butler!
Good, swift, routine service - polite technician
We had to replace a 28-year old heat pump system. Butler was one of the companies we asked to quote an update for us. They immediately set themselves apart; from Hal showing up the same day we reached out via their website to his willingness to talk us through several options and help us land on the best solution.
Ultimately, their price was competitive, and the install went great. They did a top notch job. Will go directly to them for future needs in this arena.
