I've used Butler for many years. The HVAC system they installed, is the best I've ever had.
Recently, on a weekend (durning a snow storm) I had issues with my thermostat. I called (Sunday) for assistance, Mr Butler called me back. He offered to bring me heaters, until they could resolve the problem. Fortunately, their technician (Travis) was able to, over the phone, get my system back on line.
Their employees are always: on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best business of dealt with. Thank you: Chet, Briar and Travis ????????????????????????

We have the service agreement for them to check our system twice a year! The technicians are always polite and very professional. Would not use anyone else!!
Tried to repair gas logs but didn't have part to repair. Also repaired gas heater with success Very helpful serviceman . Would ask for him again. Cost was plenty for 30 min work.
