and will make every attempt to get you scheduled
as soon as they can. During this heat ( or cold)
prompt service means everything when you are
without heat or air. I have used them to buy new units or for repair on existing units numerous times for rental properties. The tenants will
always express graditude for getting the issue
resolved in a timely manner. Their service
technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
Melissa was very helpful when I had an issue
on the weekend . She called back very quickly
after I left a message and made sure the issue
was sent to a technician to schedule.

I've used Butler for several years now. Prompt, throuogh, and capable service personel.
I've used a few different HVAC companies in Roanoke, but I'll stick with Butler from now on. They've done some big projects for me as well as regular maintenance. The prices are fair and the service is great!

The technicians called before they showed up to let me know there's on the way they were very polite I explain the problem they went straight to work check my unit wasn't here very long and answer any questions that I had I would very much recommend Butler if you have any heating or air problems
