I've used Butler for several years now. Prompt, throuogh, and capable service personel.
I've used a few different HVAC companies in Roanoke, but I'll stick with Butler from now on. They've done some big projects for me as well as regular maintenance. The prices are fair and the service is great!

The technicians called before they showed up to let me know there's on the way they were very polite I explain the problem they went straight to work check my unit wasn't here very long and answer any questions that I had I would very much recommend Butler if you have any heating or air problems
Travis and Kia showed up on time and went straight to work. They were able to diagnose the issue and add value by setting up a routine maintenance plan. They definitely earned my business by exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend!
