Nothing but Stellar service in my opinion. Great guys from Chet to Joe Greer to the Install guys!! They were all awesome and the fact that you all support places like Straight Street made it all the easier for me to make my decision. I highly recommend the Butler.

I've had the opportunity of working with these folks for 8-10 years. My wife and I have invested in a handful of residential rentals in the valley and have found ourselves against the wall with HVAC problems on a number of occasions. Most recently, a frail, elderly tenant on the coldest morning of the winter called without heat. W. C. Butler was called and worked me into their very busy schedule. The gas furnace, a four year old installation's inducer motor failed and had to be replaced. Butler short-tracked the part, picked it up and had it installed the next morning. I can't say enough good things about this company and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, fare priced solution to their HVAC headache.
They sent out a technician the same day I called. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable about the system as well as possible fixes for the problem. He was able to sit down and help price out the different options and educate me on the pros and cons of each unit. They will be my first call if I ever need anything else! Great service!
I now have had both heat pump and Gas/AC units changed out by WC Butler. Their guys do a great job and are very clean during and after the job is done. When the unit in the attic was replaced they moved the new unit off of the floor and into the rafters and out of the way.
This opened up space to more easily get into the attic. The original was poorly thought out and they saw that and changed it on their own...great idea. The safety overflow switch for condensation has already saved me once and that was something else i didn't realize they were doing. Great company with clean and polite installers and service staff.

When I couldn't get the original installing company to service my non-functioning new-ish Carrier heat pump until 4 business days later, I turned to WC Butler, who provided next-day service and found the problem in about 2 minutes. With proper parts already on the service van, I was up and running in under an hour. They were even able to recharge my 21 year old system that serves another part of the house and bring it back to life after sitting idle for 4 years. Looking forward to working with Butler in the future on replacing this old system when the time comes.
Did an excellent job cleaning our unit and recharging the Freon. Did not try to upsell us and prices were fair. Very friendly and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend.
